DESCRIPTION
Attempting to enable firewalld from kcm_firewall results in "Access denied as
the requested operation requires interactive authentication. However,
interactive authentication has not been enabled by the calling program." error.
The polkit windows (there are two or three of them) are either not displayed at
all or are displayed behind the kcm_firewall window, without any indication to
the user.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Ensure firewalld is installed and works correctly.
2. Open the "Firewall" section of System Settings.
3. Click the slider in upper right corner to enable firewall.
OBSERVED RESULT
"Access denied as the requested operation requires interactive authentication.
However, interactive authentication has not been enabled by the calling
program." error appears. The polkit dialog windows are either not displayed at
all or are displayed behind the kcm_firewall window, without any indication to
the user.
EXPECTED RESULT
All polkit dialog windows are correctly displayed and firewalld is enabled
without any error.
