I reported the bug in https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=516532 and was marked as duplicate of this. I SSHed the system after activating PLM and booting from cold, then just rebooted to see if it fixes anything but the problem persists: No video. I obtained the logs from journalctl in both instances and I'm attaching both files here.
