DESCRIPTION
Changing virtual keyboard to None is not persistent
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Goto settings > keyboard > virtual keyboard
2. select None and click apply, close settings
3. open settings and the keyboard is default to Plasma Keyboard
OBSERVED RESULT
Virtual Keyboard goes back to Plasma keyboard
EXPECTED RESULT
Virtual Keyboard should stay at None
