STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Miss a single notification by being in Do Not Disturb or in FullScreen.
OBSERVED RESULT
Instead of seeing THE notification, you see a redundant notification about not
seeing the notification, with a button that will show the notification.
EXPECTED RESULT
Instead of showing a notification for the notification the user wants, just
show the notification.
And only use the DND notification when there are multiple notifications.
