Notifications for Dolphin and Firefox with the issue

DESCRIPTION
Hello,

ever since KDE 6.6.5, Notifications from "some" apps like Dolphin and Firefox
never auto-hide / disappear after the timer finishes (the default 5s), and it
also shows "undefined" next to the app's name, while other notifications ex
from Discord or Spectacle do not seem to have this issue.

I've attached a screenshot showcasing the issue, as you can see it says
"Dolphin - undefined" and "Firefox - undefined", and even though the timer bar
has fully disappeared (>5s have passed), the notifications are still visible,
and do not get removed until I manually dismiss them.. also in journalctl this
seems to show up:

1. Open Dolphin.
2. Copy a file.
3. Notification pops-up and never disappears.

1. Open Firefox.
2. Download a file.
3. Notification pops-up and never disappears.


OBSERVED RESULT
Notification pops-up and never disappears and has "undefined" in the title.


EXPECTED RESULT
Notification pops-up and disappears after 5s, with no "undefined" in the title.
