DESCRIPTION
When building the workspace with kde-builder on a CachyOS machine, I couldn't
get any dev sessions to show up on the login screen.

The code points at "/usr/local/share/wayland-sessions", but I could only get
the sessions to show up by modifying the script to install to
"/usr/share/wayland-sessions".
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. run kde-builder on CachyOS
OBSERVED RESULT
No dev sessions listed on the login screen.
EXPECTED RESULT
Dev sessions listed on the login screen.
