Still happening in 5.3.1.

This affects not only the brush outline, but at least the crosshair and small
circle brush cursors as well, and doesn't only affect brushes with a lot of
transparency, it also affects shape brushes like the basic circle brush. As
shape brushes are practically vectors and have none of the raster resampling of
texture-derived brush tips, I would expect them to be as perfectly aligned as
can be.

Some blurry photos of my screen, I used single mouse clicks to place these
marks, there was no cursor movement during or after, the zooms are exactly as
they were when the marks were made: https://imgur.com/a/Tl8plbq

It looks like there's a disagreement in rounding between cursor/outline
position and stroke position, maybe one rounds and the other floors.
(Also, why are the preview outlines for circle shapes between 4px and 9px so
wonky?)
