Breeze-Dark is not selectable in the "Application Style" dropdown (GUI bug?).
System Settings → Appearance → Application Style → "Configure GNOME/GTK
Application Style" does not let me pick "Breeze-Dark", but "Breeze" and
Adwaita-dark is there.

I am interested in this because number of GTK apps has appearance issues (text
too dark on dark background).
I can manually set fixed dark theme for GTK apps by switching from Breeze to
Adwaita-dark in System Settings → Appearance → Application Style → "Configure
GNOME/GTK Application Style and it may fix the dark text/dark background issue
in some GTK apps (in some not:
https://github.com/giuspen/cherrytree/issues/2830), but this is not helpful,
because i want dark theme only at night.
