DESCRIPTION
Pressing on the "Load..." button doesn't bring up any file loading dialog.
Dragging and dropping the file onto the button area or elsewhere doesn't do
anything.
No clearly-related log messages in web browser debug console.
Happens in Chromium and Firefox.
Happens for both local and HTTPS loads: from /usr/lib/valgrind/dh_view.html or
https://nnethercote.github.io/dh_view/dh_view.html .
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. valgrind --tool=dhat --dhat-out-file=/tmp/dhat.out true
2. chromium file:///usr/lib/valgrind/dh_view.html
3. Press "Load..."
