DESCRIPTION
I want to disable the window transparency and the wobbly effect (IMHO both
pretty useless)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Disable both settings
2. reboot
3. settings are enabled again
OBSERVED RESULT
settings are enabled
EXPECTED RESULT
settings should stay disabled
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System (available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a
terminal window):
KDE Plasma Version: 6.6.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.24.0
Qt Version: 6.10.2
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I have upgraded Kubuntu from 25.10 to 26.04.
