Me attempting the above steps to reproduce.

DESCRIPTION
I'm attempting to pin a bash script from my desktop onto the Task Manager.
Given that there is no context menu option for it, I have attempted to drag and
drop the file to the task manager with no luck. I have also attempting to add
links either.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a simple bash script. (One line, something like 'konsole --noclose -e
echo hello world')
2. Move/create the file on the desktop.
3. Click and drag the created file from the desktop or from Dolphin onto the
taskbar.

OBSERVED RESULT
File does not appear on the taskbar and nothing happens. Lingering over icons
on the taskbar wakes up the relevant app or opens them. Attempting to move file
from Dolphin has a "+" icon attached when hovering over the taskbar, but the
file still does not attach when released.

EXPECTED RESULT
File becomes pinned to task manager, and still available in its place on the
desktop.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System: Nobara Linux 43
KDE Plasma Version: 6.6.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.25.0
Qt Version: 6.10.3

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I've attached a screencast of me attempting my steps.
