STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Be in a distro that doesn't support flatpak out-of-the-box.
2. Install flatpak (the backend) via Konsole.
3. Search for a flatpak for the first time on Discover.
OBSERVED RESULT
Discover doesn't recommend the user to reboot.
EXPECTED RESULT
Discover should detect if the fresh installed flatpak backend is there and
recommend the user to reboot.
