If the layout change affects "all windows of the current application" or "Only
the current window" (this was not observed with two other settings), then the
"Notes widget" widget does not save the last used layout. Therefore, if you
reopen the widget, the default layout will be used (I checked by changing the
priority of the layouts).
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. In the settings, select what the layout change affects "all windows of the
current application" or "Only the current window"
2. Open the widget from the taskbar
3. Change the layout (probably to a non-default one)
4. Re-open the widget, look at the layout
OBSERVED RESULT
The layout has changed to the default one (with the highest priority in the
system)
EXPECTED RESULT
The layout in the widget should not change without the user explicitly changing
the layout while working in it.
