Since upgrading KWin from 6.6.4 to 6.6.5, touch events from virtual uinput
devices (specifically Weylus Touch) are intercepted by KWin and translated
into window management actions (minimize, move window) instead of being
passed to applications.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Run Weylus to create a virtual touch device via uinput
2. Use the touch device in any application (e.g. Xournal++)
3. Touch gestures move/minimize the window instead of interacting with the app
Expected: touch events passed through to the application
Actual: KWin intercepts touch and performs window management actions
Downgrading to KWin 6.6.4 resolves the issue.
