I can confirm this problem exists also on CachyOS (Kernel 7.0.5) with KDE
Plasma 6.6.4.
This bug is especially annoying, because it prevents pasting a file into the
current directory when the list of files takes up all the space in dolphin.

In directories with just a view entries you can right-click on the empty space
under the file list (details view). No entry is selected, the paste entry is
available in the context menu. But if the list is full you have to right-click
on a list entry, which either disables paste (if a file) or pastes into a
subdirectory (if a directory). To paste into the current directory you have to
go up one level, right-click on the directory you just left, click paste and
return back to the directory.
