Please report the issues you're experiencing with clarity and precision, or we'll go in circles. If what you're reporting now is what truly happened, that the most likely explanation is that upon installing Zen, it set itself to be your default browser, thereby updating the "Default browser" pinned Task Manager item that's present on the default panel.
