TaskList: Use maxStripes when forceStripes is enabled Previously we were utilizing the calculated size of maxStripes that takes into account the room in the panel, even when forceStripes is enabled. If forceStripes is enabled, we should always return the maxStripes set in the configuration, no matter what.
