  Target Milestone: 1.0

DESCRIPTION
Pretty often, I close the fully charged laptop at night, and wake up with a
fully discharged battery! This is because some app decided to block the sleep,
and I was just not aware of this!

KDE Plasma provides this information that some apps are blocking the sleep, but
this information is visible only if I explicitly click on the tray icon (that
is, by the way, usually hidden, when the device is charging) and see the
details in the pop-up window.

So, there should be present lines like this:
---
App1Name is blocking sleep. (WebRTC has active PeerConnections)
App2Name is blocking sleep. (Playing audio)
---
But the issue is that I can check this only manually, with no automated
indication like "Your laptop will kill the battery, do not sleep!" :)

OBSERVED RESULT
We have the information that the sleep is blocked, but it is available only
with manual investigation.

EXPECTED RESULT
To fix this issue, would be great to add an option "Indicate in the tray icon
if an app blocks the sleep" to the Power and Battery Plasma widget, which will
activate the icon with an informer that the sleep is locked.
