Pushed by ngraham into branch 'master'. applets/taskmanager: re-introduce dynamic badge sizing This was accidentally lost with the port to Kirigami.Badge in e9fd8f905298b997757cddf30c0c99b6b852be12; bring it back here. This implementation differs from the old one in only one significant respect: with a tiny panel and a massively long badge, the badge can overflow. With the old implementation, it became unreadably small. Better handling is needed for this situation in a general sense, as neither option is ideal.
