The list in KCommandBar is missing items such as "Configure Kate" and "Dynamic
word wrap". I relied heavily on the latter for Markdown editing. I wasn't able
to use `downgrade` to find the last version of Kate or KConfigWidgets that
didn't have this issue, please let me know if you want me to try with other
packages.
## Steps to reproduce
1. CTRL + ALT + I
2. Try to find the mentioned items
## Observed result
"Configure Kate" does not show up
## Expected result
"Configure Kate" should show up
