Zoom in on a video such that the scrollbar appears on the right-hand-side.
Attempt to drag the scrollbar. Notice that the sliding panel on the
right-hand-size comes in over the scrollbar when you get close to it, thus
preventing you from dragging the scrollbar. Arrow keys on the keyboard are not
functional for panning. The mousewheel always changes volume, not pan position.
Any kind of click on the video will start it playing, thus making it impossible
to zoom in on something on the bottom of a frame.
