DESCRIPTION
When running Bitwarden (flatpak) especially with start minimized enabled the
gpu usage of kwin will jump to 99% and stay at that value even after closing
bitwarden.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Bitwarden Flatpak
2. Enable start minimized enabled
3. Launch Bitwarden
4. Eventually Close Bitwarden
OBSERVED RESULT
Kwin_wayland will use 99% of the GPU usage
EXPECTED RESULT
Normal GPU usage.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This might be hardware dependend i have only tested these conditions so far on
a framework 16.
Also it also happens without the start minimized option enabled its less likely
to happen but in any case the issue stays persistant until the session is
closed.
