Img with full login ui on desktop

It is soo strange, updated information:
1. it happens only on 60.06 fps not 144.06 fps
2. using adaptive sync the clock flash based on mouse movement (and other
refresh sources)
3. logout and login make the entire login UI remain on desktop
4. changing refresh rate (or resolution as I also need to change refresh rate)
make it disappear until logout and login or reboot.

Possibly this is because 60.06 is the refresh rate of plasmalogin.

Better reproduce step:
1. install plasma-login and 'sudo systemctl enable plasmalogin'
2. Set amd as primary or sole gpu.
3. put the refresh rate to 60.06 ( i guess because it is the refresh rate of
plasmalogin)
4. put adaptive sync to false
5. reboot
6. login
7. logout and login back inside

It is probably some strange bug, so feel free to ask for any info.
