Previously, whenever I left my workstation and it went to sleep — whether
entering a screensaver state or a deep sleep state — I could wake it up simply
by moving the mouse, pressing any key on the keyboard (for screensaver state),
or pressing the power button once (for deep sleep). After waking, I would
return directly to my applications without needing to enter a password to
unlock the screen.
