STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a short video.
2. Drag the progress bar.
3. Take multiple screenshots.
OBSERVED RESULT
The progress bar freezes when the screenshot is taken.
EXPECTED RESULT
The video shouldn't freeze for no reason when the screenshot is taken, so it
becomes possible to take screenshots of a video as you drag the progress bar.
