            Bug ID: 520889
Summary: Plasma add-ons package installed, sticky-notes widget
will not stay uninstalled. (I use other items in
                    package)
    Classification: Plasma
           Product: plasmashell
      Version First master
       Reported In:
          Platform: Debian testing
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]
                CC: [email protected]
  Target Milestone: 1.0

DESCRIPTION
The Sticky Note widget, which I think is a useless and annoying thing that
exposes random things that I thought were deleted / not visible, keeps popping
up I have removed it in the widget manager several times and it keeps coming
back. I can't find a way to isolate the code and totally purge it from my
systems so it NEVER, EVER appears.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. find unwanted notes hiding behind other windows
2. Delete contents and remove the note
3. Go to "manage widgets" and remove it (It does not show up as a running
instance, only in 'all widgets')
4. Find new unwanted notes

OBSERVED RESULT
I found additional notes that were created AFTER I had supposedly removed the
widget.

EXPECTED RESULT
NEVER seeing another one of those notes!

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System: Debian GNU/Linux forky/sid
KDE Plasma Version: 6.6.5

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

It is also annoying that opening the widget manager hides all the other windows
I have open.
