I am tying to do a KDE Triage. I can confirm this is a bug. I cannot confirm that KDE Developers will agree with me. This might be the intended behavior. When we try to open multiple tabs using CLI using the command given below dolphin $HOME/Documents $HOME/Documents $HOME/Downloads then only two tabs open up, one with $HOME/Documents and $HOME/Downloads. And not three. Please note that $HOME/Documents is repeated twice. If the directory $HOME/Documents is repeated more than once, say thrice or four times, then also a single tab is opened up.
