Flicker while moving mouse around with Night Light enabled.

DESCRIPTION
In 6.7 Beta 2, moving the mouse around the window causes the desktop background
to shift white balance and brightness while Night Light is on.

When Night Light is off, the background darkens just a tiny little bit, but
it's enough to be noticed as a noisy effect that runs as you move the mouse.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Turn on Night Light.
2. Open a web page (it triggers even on this very own bugtracker). The webpage
in the video is:
https://www.reddit.com/r/linux/comments/1ttkmug/how_hard_would_it_really_be_to_make_a_linux/
3. Move the mouse around

OBSERVED RESULT
Background flickers both brightness and color balance, which is really
annoying.

EXPECTED RESULT
Background should not flicker. Instead, it should stay with what in the video
looks like the "clearer and brighter" version, as the dark one looks a bit
muddier.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System (available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a
terminal window):
KDE Plasma Version: 6.6.91
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.26.0
Qt Version: 6.11.1

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Rendering backend (with kcmshell6 qtquicksettings) was set to "Vulkan" and
"Multithreaded". As Vulkan support is currently being worked on upstream, this
is a valid bug report.
