DESCRIPTION
When playing SDR video with mpv on laptop's built-in monitor, and have HDR
disabled in System Settings-Display & Monitor-Display Configuration, mpv
outputs PQ (HDR content) instead of gamma2.2 (SDR), and KWin emulates HDR with
EDR (adjust brightness) despite option not shown in settings.
This also breaks direct scan-out feature for mpv in fullscreen due to its
incompability with HDR on KDE 6.6.5 and prior version.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Using mpv to play any SDR video.
2. Click menu-Playback statics.
3. Check "Primiaries" and "Transfer" entrys value.
OBSERVED RESULT
"Primaries" reports bt.2020 and "Transfer" reports pq.
EXPECTED RESULT
"Primaries" reports bt.709 and "Transfer" reports bt.1886.
