STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Open a new project while having 4 timelines for audio and video.
OBSERVED RESULT
The very top of the timeline (V4, V3, V2) are shown.
EXPECTED RESULT
It should be centered at V1 and A1, to improve usability, especially when the
intent is to edit audio files.
