DESCRIPTION
The open file dialog (and also the save file dialog, I'm assuming its the same
code) file name completions are often not working *for texts* while working
well for others.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a KDE file open dialog
2. Start typing the name of a file listed
OBSERVED RESULT
Often the file name completion menu doesn't open immediately, though it will
open when using BACKSPACE to delete the last character. Sometimes it opens
after typing enough 3 or more characters, while for other text it might open
after the first character is typed.
EXPECTED RESULT
The completion menu should open after each character is typed in (if there are
valid completion optoions)
