Seeing the same exact half green / half black screen issue as the rest of the
posters. 

My hardware is quite similar: AMD Ryzen 5 3550H with Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx

OS: Fedora Linux 44 (KDE Plasma Desktop Edition) x86_64
Kernel: Linux 7.0.10-201.fc44.x86_64
Window Manager: KWin (Wayland)
Desktop environment: KDE Plasma 6.6.5

The symptoms are pretty much the same: half green / half black screen appears
for a second on Meta + L, during transition from Plasma Login Manager to Plasma
Welcome Screen and on auto-lock before transition to Plasma Login Manager after
inactivity.
