STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have the Application Launcher open, then click on a widget.
2. Have the Application Launcher open, then click on a pinned app.
3. Have the Application Launcher open, then click on a minimized app.
4. Have the Application Launcher open, then click on a maximized app.
OBSERVED RESULT
1, 2 and 3 respects the click, but 4 don't respect the click.
EXPECTED RESULT
Just like the other situations, the Application Launcher shouldn't steal the
click that would minimize the window.
