I think it does matter, I consistently got this bug with Darkly applied, when I created a new account as Nate suggested it didn't happen anymore Then on my main account I set my theme to the default Breeze Dark and It didn't happen anymore, after that I started applying parts of my theme and it only happened again after I've set Darkly as the application style. Note: After each change on the theme I logged out and In again to replicate the bug.
