the issue at hand
DESCRIPTION
When i start up my laptop which is running Fedora 45 KDE Edition Prerelease.
The application launcher apps are kinda skewed towards the right aka. they got
some left padding/margins. This gets fixed when i press CTRL + A to change my
activity.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch KDE
2. Press Win button

No padding
