DESCRIPTION
I was able to reproduce this behaviour both on Mobian and pmOS, then it seems
an issue in Elisa itself.
As it is shown in the video, the user interface is deceptive, in that an "Open
sidebar" button is shown in top left but it has no effect. Mobile sidebar
appears when sliding finger from screen's left edge.
TBH I was going to report the button not working, when I realized the sliding
thing. Maybe changing the icon to hint about sliding finger from screen's edge
would be enough for most users.
