STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install PWA (e.g. https://whatpwacando.today/) in Chrome/Brave/etc.
2. Launch it alongside main browser
3. Hit alt-` to cycle through same-app windows
OBSERVED RESULT
Main browser and PWA window in shared same-app window list. They have the same
Wayland client object but are semantically different apps, so they're grouped.
EXPECTED RESULT
Main browser window and PWA window have different resource IDs and desktop file
names and so belong to different apps conceptually despite being provided by
the same physical Wayland client.
