DESCRIPTION
I have two monitors, every so often for no apparent reason the panels and
wallpaper swap between them as if i had changed the 'primary screen' setting
this can be fixed by changing the primary screen to what should be the
secondary screen and back again
it looks like kwinoutputconfig.json gets modified when this issue happens,
changing one 'priority' value from 2 to 1
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
I do not know how to reproduce this, it happens at random
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System (available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a
terminal window): CachyOS Linux (arch based)
KDE Plasma Version: 6.6.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.25.0
Qt Version: 6.11.0
