DESCRIPTION
Videos on Instagram fail to reproduce, the browser flickers and might even
freeze somtimes. Short Youtube videos sometimes act the same.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to an instagram story with a video

OBSERVED RESULT
The browser (the whole application) starts to flicker. If I switch to another
tab the flicker stops but if I then go back to the video it happens again or
the page turns all black.
EXPECTED RESULT
The video plays correctly
