STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Move multiple items inside a folder then immediately drag the folder around.
OBSERVED RESULT
It's impossible to drag the folder while multiple items are being moved into it
(see attachment).
EXPECTED RESULT
Being able to drag folders around while transferring items into said folders.
