DESCRIPTION
Currently when using Bing as the Picture of the Day wallpaper provider, it
downloads the 1080p wallpaper when using a 1080p or smaller screen.
However, it might be desirable to still fetch the 4k wallpaper as they are
higher quality and contain less compression artifacts.
For those who don't mind their cache being a smidge larger, it would be nice if
this could added as an option to the Picture of the Day plugin.
I.e. forcing the URL to end with _UHD.jpg if toggled on.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I edited the plugin to always fetch the 4k image and the wallpaper looks much
nicer on my 1080p screen as a result. I've attached a comparison of the
qualities.
