DESCRIPTION
When using a touchscreen, touch events are not passed correctly to the search
input of System Settings
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Using touch (or mouse), bring up System Settings
2. Tap the Search field
OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens. The Search field remains unfocused.
Then
3. Using a mouse, click the Search field
The on screen keyboard appears, as if the field was tapped
EXPECTED RESULT
The search field brings up the on screen keyboard when tapped
