krdpserver without environment variable
DESCRIPTION
An RDP client cannot get a useful connection to krdp due to it causing errors
and not transmitting the desktop image to the client.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Activate krdp in the Plasma settings or run krdpserver -u test -p test
2. On another machine, use Remmina or KRDC to connect.
3. Enter the credentials.
OBSERVED RESULT
The connection is established, on the server side, there is a notification by
desktop-portal stating that the desktop image is transmitted, but the client
gets only white pixels.
EXPECTED RESULT
The client should get the actual view of the desktop.
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This looks similar to #488216, so I tried what was suggested there, that is
running krdpserver with either KPIPEWIRE_FORCE_ENCODER=libx264 or
KPIPEWIRE_FORCE_ENCODER=libx264_baseline, but although this changes what is in
the log (see attachments), it does not improve experience.
Note that OBS is able to capture the screen normally (obs log attached for
