DESCRIPTION
Under circumstances that I am not yet able to pinpoint, kdeconnectd will fail
to start properly, instead hanging for 5 minutes then exiting with a indication
of failure.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start kdeconnectd
OBSERVED RESULT
nothing in the console, nothing in the journal, for 5 minutes.
EXPECTED RESULT
kdeconnectd functions, or reports why it cannot function.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
When this happens, opening a contextual menu in Dolphin causes it to hang for a
minute, probably because it waits for an answer by kdeconnectd to populate the
file-sharing entries.
Also, the kdeconnect indicator in the taskbar is responsive, but it says that
no device was detected and offers to associate a new device. It should rather
display that the kdeconnectd server is not running.
