Assuming that this report: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=512855 turns
out to be working as intended, I'd like to request an option in the Power
Management>Other Settings to run a selected command/script only when the user
has been idle for a period of time AND no idle/sleep inhibitions are active
(e.g youtube/VLC/games/etc).
This comes after hitting an apparent dead end (lacking access to an idle timer
we can interrogate) in this discuss thread:
https://discuss.kde.org/t/use-power-management-to-run-xscreensaver-program/47653
which attempts to achieve this functionality.
