                    feature on KDE plasma
    Classification: Plasma
           Product: plasmashell
      Version First master
       Reported In:
          Platform: unspecified
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal

  Target Milestone: 1.0

DESCRIPTION
There is no click support accesibility feature /hover click/dwell clicker
working on KDE plasma under wayland, and it only works partially on x11 (the
dwell circle does not appear, but the clicks do happen)

There is no feature like this shipped by default with the DE, which makes life
difficult for disabled users.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install gnome control center
2. try to run it in a wayland session
3 toggle the click support accesibility option

OBSERVED RESULT

Nothing happens

EXPECTED RESULT

A timer circle appears that suggests when the mouse click will happen, and then
the mouse click happens

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
