DESCRIPTION
When re-assigning a transaction reconciled on both sides, transaction should
lose its reconciled status in the account/category it was reassigned to.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. With a transaction in account A, assign it to category B
2. Wile still in account A, reconcile it
3. Go to category B, find the transaction and also reconcile it
4. Go back to account A and re-assign the transaction to category C
OBSERVED RESULT
Go to category C and notice the transaction is still reconciled there.
EXPECTED RESULT
Transaction should not be reconciled in category C.
