DESCRIPTION
If you create a custom shortcut based on a command and then edit the command to
something else and then try to trigger the shortcut the old command will be run
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. In system settings create a custom command shortcut. For example simple
command to open Dolphin. (`dolphin`)
2. Edit the command to do something else. For example to open Konsole.
(`konsole`)
3. Assign a keyboard shortcut to that command shortcut.
OBSERVED RESULT
The first command ever set is run when triggering the shortcut
EXPECTED RESULT
The newest set command should be run when triggering the shortcut
