--- Comment #2 from jpo <[email protected]> --- It took me a while to find out when this actually happens: When Plasma starts, there is sometimes a short time span between the instant that the desktop appears and the instant the panel is ready or started. If I move the mouse pointer to the screen edge to unhide the panel **before** the panel is actually loaded/ready, this weird situation happens.
