DESCRIPTION
I would like to update the personal theme instead of creating a new one. Sadly
the UI doesn't allow this and it doesn't allow deleting the currently active
theme.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a personal theme with a name
2. Change some minor detail
3. Try to save the theme with the same name
OBSERVED RESULT
Blocked
EXPECTED RESULT
The current adjustments should replace the original theme. Some exceptions
should probably be made so that it allows only the personal themes and none of
the system themes.
